CPL's many years of experience in the production and application of films, not only ideally places us assist both existing and new film producers but also film convertors and end users.

For new start-up operations it is essential to quickly establish first class quality systems which can operate robustly, so that the new entrant film supplier can compete on an equal footing with existing film producers within the marketplace. During the period of plant build, CPL can advise on quality test equipment selection, provide the documented procedures and necessary training for new personnel at start-up, and set the standards for quality measurement and management. These same procedures and systems can also provide the foundation for later accreditation.

Where new product applications exist our all round experience can be invaluable in the development of new test procedures for specific product / client applications.

CPL also provides producers, converters and end users, with an independent service for the evaluation of quality complaints and will provide assistance with the establishment of systems to ensure consistent quality products and application.
